koww Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of Our Platform

1 Introduction

Welcome to koww. These Terms govern the contractual relationship between koww ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses or uses the koww platform, available at koww.io and its associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, "the Platform").

The Platform provides online casino games, live dealer tables, virtual sports, and sports betting services, including cricket betting on tournaments such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events. All services are offered exclusively in the English language and all financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

koww reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the above criteria at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time of such a request may result in account suspension pending review.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register a koww account via the koww Login page. By completing the registration process you warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly notify koww of any changes to your registered details.
• You are registering a single account for your own personal use. Operating more than one account is prohibited. If you have previously held an account that was closed, suspended, or self-excluded, you must not register a new account without first obtaining written authorisation from koww.
• Your chosen username and password are your sole responsibility. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. koww will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. koww may update the list of accepted methods at any time.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. Deposits received from third-party sources may be voided and returned, less any applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfers may take up to three business days.
• koww does not charge withdrawal fees on mobile wallet payouts under normal circumstances. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which koww is not responsible.
• koww reserves the right to request verification of any payment method before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for deposit may be refused.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an active wagering obligation will not be permitted until those requirements are met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

koww offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. Eligibility criteria will be stated per promotion. koww reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time prior to a player opting in.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except where explicitly permitted by specific game or event rules.
• koww reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by system errors, data feed failures, or obvious pricing mistakes. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• For sports betting, results are determined based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In cases of dispute, koww's determination is final.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any third-party tools that interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players is strictly prohibited.

11 Suspension & Termination

koww reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable koww policy.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Chargeback initiated against a koww deposit transaction.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or technical exploits.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, outstanding balances may be forfeited.
